• If the event is still open for circle participation application, there will be a circle participation application button on the event page. When you click the "Circle Participation Application" サークル参加button, the application form will be displayed.

• Please fill in each field and click "Confirm Application".
• Exhibit Category You can exhibit at pictSPACE store or other mail order sites. pictSPACE Store Exhibit at the event venue using our sister site "pictSPACE," a private mail order service exclusively for doujinshi. The system is strongly linked with pictSQUARE, so you can use various convenient functions.
• Other mail order sites You can connect to the event site from any other sites such as your own mail order site or profile site. pictSPACE: Store Code This must be entered when you select a pictSPACE store in the exhibit category. Please check the store code in the pictSPACE store settings and enter it.
• Store exterior image Specify the image of the space's exterior that will be displayed at the event venue. If not specified, the default image will be used.
• Circle Cutout Specify the circle cutout image to be displayed on the event page and at the event site.
• Oshinagaki/Menu Specify the image of the handbill that will be displayed on the event page and at the event venue.

Registration Confirmation & Completion Screen

• Please check the information you have entered in the circle participation application form and if everything is correct, click "Apply"「参加申込みする」.
• Once you have completed the application, your space will be reserved.
• Please pay the circle participation fee.
• Please note that your application will be automatically cancelled if you do not pay the circle participation fee within 24 hours.

Circle participation at other mail order sites

Please copy and paste the URL to make sure you do not make a mistake.

• Prepare your own mail order site URL
• Even if it is not a mail-order site, you can use your own profile page on an illustration or novel submission site, your Twitter profile page, or your own website.
• Enter your circle application information on the circle application page of the event you wish to participate in within pictSQUARE.
• Enter the Exhibitor Category as "Other Mail Order Site"「その他の通販サイト」and enter the URL you prepared in [Prepare URL for your own mail order site] above for the URL of your mail order site.
• Confirmation of Application Information

  Please confirm that the store name and information entered are correct on the application confirmation screen, and complete the application.
