活動期間內參加者可自由出入會場，攤主可選擇是否當天在線參與。

当日はサークル主が不在となる状態でもサークル参加可能です。
イベント期間中、参加者は会場への出入りは自由です。

This event is an unofficial Kuyaei Web Only, and we sincerely invite all creators and fans who love Kuya x Eiden to participate. You are welcome to showcase or sell Kuyaei-related works, including comics, novels, goods, freebies, photos, and handcrafted items.
Participants are free to enter and leave at any time during the event hours. Creators can choose whether to attend online or not on the event day, provided that the setup is completed in advance.

報名資格及規範

1. 年齡限制：報名者必須為18歲以上。
2. 創作要求：攤位內容至少需包含一件與「玖伊」相關的創作，新作或既有作品均可。
3. 創作形式：不限創作載體，包括圖、文、照片、手作等。
4. 主題區規範：
   • 角色身分不限（如學生、師長、校務人員等）。
   • 展示內容需與校園背景相關。
5. 一般區規範：無內容主題限制，接受各類創作。
6. 禁止事項：
   • 禁止抄襲作品。
   • 禁止拆逆「玖伊」CP，其他角色可出現但須遵守「玖伊為主」原則。
7. 交易規範：攤位販售交易平台需自行處理，主辦方不介入交易過程，售後問題由買賣雙方自行解決。
8. 其他規定：需遵守新世界狂歡官方創作規則。

サークル参加規定

1. 年齢制限：本イベントは、未成年者にあたると判断される方の申し込みをお断りする場合がございます。
2. 作品要件：サークル内容に少なくとも1点の「玖エイ」関連作品を含むこと（新作・既存作品どちらも可）。
3. 作品形式：創作媒体は問いません（イラスト、小説、写真、手作り作品など）。
4. テーマエリア規定：
   • キャラクターの役職は不問（例：学生、教員、職員など）。
   • 展示内容は学園を背景としたテーマに関連している必要があります。
5. 一般エリア規定：テーマ制限なし、すべての創作を歓迎します。
6. 禁止事項：
   • 作品の盗作は禁止。
   • 「玖エイ」カップリングの解消や逆設定は禁止。その他キャラクターの登場は可能ですが、「玖エイ」が中心であることが条件です。
7. 取引規定：サークル内での販売に使用する取引プラットフォームは各自で準備してください。主催側は取引過程やアフターサービスに関与しません。
8. その他規定：NU: カーニバル（NU: Carnival）公式ガイドラインに従う必要があります。
    

Registration Requirements and Rules

1. Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Content Requirements: Each booth must feature at least one work focusing on Kuyaei-related, both new and previously exhibited works are available.
3. Display Format: All formats accepted, including illustrations, novels, photos, handcrafted items, etc.
4. Themed Area Rules:
   • There are no restrictions on character roles (e.g., students, teachers, staff, etc.).
   • All display content must be related to a school theme.
5. General Area Rules: All themes are allowed, and all types of creations are welcome.
6. Prohibited Content:
   • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
   • Kuya (Top) x Eiden (Bottom) ONLY. Reversing the pairings is not allowed. Other characters may appear, but the content must focus on the principle of "Kuyaei".
7. Transaction Regulations: Booth owners are responsible for managing their own sales platforms. The organizer will not intervene in any transactions, and any post-sale issues must be resolved by the parties involved.
8. Other Regulations: All participants must comply with the official fanart creation guidelines of Nu:Carnival.

報名流程

1. 註冊或登入pictSQUARE帳號。
2. 搜尋活動名稱「藤と露草の色が一隅に」，點擊「攤位參加申請」。
3. 填寫報名表單並繳交參加費用。
4. 申請完成後，攤位位置將由主辦方統一分配，攤位配置結果將在網頁上公開。

サークル参加方法

1. pictSQUAREアカウントを登録またはログインしてください。
2. イベント名「藤と露草の色が一隅に」を検索し、「サークル参加申請」をクリック。
3. 必要事項を記入し、参加費用をお支払いください。
4. 申請後、サークル配置は主催者により決定され、結果は発表日に通知されます。

Registration Guide

1. Register or log in to your pictSQUARE account.
2. Search for the event name "藤と露草の色が一隅に" and click “Circle Participation Application.”
3. Complete the application form and pay the system usage fee.
4. Once the application is complete, the booth location will be arranged by the organizer. The definitive booth layout will be announced on January 10, 2025 (tentative).
