・サークル配置は締切後に主催側で再配置して12月6日（金）に最終配置とさせて頂きます。
・サークルカット、お品書き、店舗の修正等はイベント当日まで可能です。
・お申し込みの際にサークルカット等の用意がなくとも後から変更できるのでお気軽にお申し込み下さい。

【サークル参加について】

当イベントはストリートファイターシリーズ、アレックスのＢＬオンリーとなります。
(例)(キャラ)×アレックス、アレックス×(キャラ)のみとなります。

・アレックスを含まない作品の掲載は不可(以前からページに上げていたものに関しましては可能)
・ＢＬ作品以外は掲載しないようお願いします。(夢や男女カップリング等)
・展示作品はイラスト、漫画、小説等作品の種類は問いません。
・新刊、既刊、ネットプリント、無配、グッズ、pixivや個人サイト等の展示のみの参加も歓迎です。
※成人向け作品につきましては展示する際はワンクッション入れていただく等の対策をお願いします。
・過去作品のみの展示も可能です。
・当日不在可能です。
・委託参加は不可能とさせていただきます。

・未成年のサークル参加は可能としますが成人向け作品の展示や配布、会場内の成人向け作品の観覧や購入は禁止です。

●特殊設定について

・原作にない姿（現パロ、女体化、年齢操作等）の表現がある場合とします。
展示の際に注意事項として記載いただくかワンクッション入れていただくようにお願いします。

※参加につきましてはサークル参加に伴う責任を負うことができる方。
※サークル参加していたたいた後に辞退する場合はお問い合わせよりご連絡下さい。

 ※カップリング表記のお願い
当イベントはイベント会場に複数のカップリングが混在する可能性がございます。配置につきましては主催が配慮したいと思いますがサークル参加者様へのお願いとして【お品書き】【サークルカット】等にカップリングの表記をお願いします。
 

【一般参加について】

・当日無料参加できます。
・ニ次創作、同人活動に理解のある方。
・参加に当たって注意事項やサービスの利用規約を守れる方。

⚪サークル参加、一般参加共にpictSQUAREの会員登録が必要となります。

【展示や作品に関する禁止事項】

・受注生産（pixivFACTORY等）
・DL作品の有料頒布（無料は可能です。）
・公式のロゴや画像の使用、公式のグッズの類似品、トレスのよる海賊版を疑われる可能性があるもの
・成人向け作品のネットプリント
・店舗外観や、サークルカット、お品書きへの成人向け画像の設置

●サークルカットについて

・サークルカット( 推奨サイズ 500×500px)
・お品書き( 推奨サイズ 幅500×高1000px)
・店舗外観　( 推奨サイズ 224×224px) ※無くても大丈夫です！

●外部リンクについて

・イベント参加の告知やお品書きをX、pixiv等の外部でのせていただく際、当イベントのURLをキャプションにのせることを可能とさせていただきます。

●イベント後の作品展示について。

・当イベントで公開した展示作品はその後どのようにして公開するかはサークル主様の判断にお任せしております。
（例、作品はイベント限定、作品をイベント後も続けてpixiv等で展示する、作品をイベント限定公開ののちに再録として出す等）

【禁止事項について】

・他のキャラ（ＣＰ）、サークル参加者、及び作品や解釈に対してのネガティブな言動や行動。
・他の参加者への誹謗中傷や嫌がらせ、荒らし行為。
※未成年による成人向け同人誌、及びグッズの購入はおやめ下さい。

【参加者同士のマナーについて】

・参加者同士のトラブルにつきましては主催側での責任は負いかねます。
・マナー違反、迷惑行為を発見した場合は対処させていただき、場合によっては追放対応を取らせて頂きます。

《会場内でのスクリーンショットについて》

・スクリーンショットは可能ですが、各参加者様スペース、チャット内容、展示配布物等の映り込みに注意をお願いします。これらが映り込む場合はサークル参加者の許可をお取りください。

・スクリーンショットをSNSに載せる場合、許可のないサークル情報、他のアバターが写り込んでいた場合は加工やトリミングをしていただいた上での掲載をお願いします。

※会場画面左上の「撮影モード」をONにするとユーザー名非表示、店名ぼかしが入ります。
※店舗リンク先の展示や頒布物に関してはスクリーンショットは禁止です。スクリーンショットはマップ上のみとしています。

【免責事項】

主催側は以下トラブルに関しまして一切の責任を負いかねます。

・全ての参加者様（サークル参加、一般参加）のユーザー間における全てのトラブル。
・頒布に関する全てのトラブル。

※This covers the pictSQUARE usage fee.

・Circle placement will be finalized by the organizers after the application deadline, with the final layout announced on Friday, December 6.
・You may update your circle cut, menu, and booth details right up until the day of the event.
・You do not need to have your circle cut or other materials ready at the time of application, as these can be changed later; please feel free to apply.

[About Circle Participation]

This event is exclusively for "Boys' Love" (BL) pairings featuring Alex from the *Street Fighter* series.
(Examples: [Character] × Alex or Alex × [Character] only.)

・Works that do not feature Alex are not permitted (though works previously posted on the page are acceptable).
・Please do not post works other than BL (e.g., "Yume"/self-insert, M/F pairings, etc.).
・There are no restrictions on the format of the works displayed (illustrations, manga, novels, etc.).
・Participation is welcome with new releases, existing works, net prints, freebies, merchandise, or simply by showcasing content from Pixiv or personal websites.
※For adult-oriented works, please implement measures such as a content warning or "cushion" screen before the content is viewed.
・You may exhibit only previously created works.
・You do not need to be present at the venue on the day of the event.
・Participation via consignment is not permitted.

・Minors may participate as circle members; however, the exhibition or distribution of adult-oriented works, as well as the viewing or purchasing of such works within the venue, is prohibited.

● About Special Settings

・This applies to depictions of characters in forms not found in the original work (e.g., modern-day AU, gender-swapping, age changes).
Please include a note regarding this when displaying your work or use a content warning/buffer.

●Participation is open to those who are able to assume the responsibilities associated with participating as a circle.
●If you need to withdraw after registering as a circle, please contact us via the inquiry form.

●Request regarding pairing labels
Please note that multiple pairings may be present at the event venue. While the organizers will take this into account when arranging booth layouts, we ask that circle participants clearly indicate their pairings on their "menu" (product list), "circle cut" (promotional image), and similar materials.

【General Participation】

・Participation on the day of the event is free.
・Participants must be understanding of derivative works and *doujin* activities.
・Participants must agree to abide by the event guidelines and the service's terms of use.

●Registration as a pictSQUARE member is required for both circle participants and general attendees.

【Prohibited Items Regarding Exhibits and Works】

・Made-to-order production (e.g., pixivFACTORY)
・Paid distribution of downloadable works (free distribution is permitted)
・Use of official logos or images; items resembling official merchandise; or items that could be mistaken for pirated goods due to tracing
・"Net print" services for adult-oriented works
・Display of adult-oriented images on storefront exteriors, circle cutouts, or merchandise menus

● About Circle Assets

・Circle Cut (Recommended size: 500 x 500 px)
・Menu/Item List (Recommended size: 500 px wide x 1000 px high)
・Shop Exterior (Recommended size: 224 x 224 px) *Optional; not required.

● Regarding External Links

・When posting event participation announcements or item lists on external platforms such as X or pixiv, you are permitted to include the event's URL in the caption.

● Regarding the display of works after the event:

・We leave the decision regarding how to make the exhibited works available after the event up to the circle leader.
(Examples: making the work event-exclusive; continuing to display the work on platforms like pixiv after the event; releasing the work as a compilation/reprint after its initial event-exclusive release, etc.)

【Prohibited Conduct】

・Negative remarks or behavior directed at other characters (or pairings/CPs), circle participants, the works themselves, or interpretations thereof.
・Slander, harassment, or trolling directed at other participants.
※Minors are prohibited from purchasing adult-oriented doujinshi or merchandise.

【Participant Conduct】

・The organizers cannot be held responsible for any disputes arising between participants.
・We will take action against any breaches of etiquette or disruptive behavior, which may include expulsion from the event.

【Regarding Screenshots Within the Venue】

・You are permitted to take screenshots; however, please be mindful of capturing other participants' booths, chat logs, or displayed/distributed materials. If these elements appear in your screenshot, please obtain permission from the circle participants involved.

・If you post screenshots on social media, please edit or crop the image to obscure any unauthorized circle information or other users' avatars before posting.

※ Enabling "Photo Mode" (located at the top left of the venue screen) will hide usernames and blur shop names.
※ Taking screenshots of exhibits or distributed materials found via shop links is prohibited. Screenshots are permitted only within the map view itself.
