ヴィン○ンドサガがお好きな方は誰でもご参加できます。（ただし先に記載されているように二次創作、ファンアートにご理解のある方のみに限ります）
Anyone who enjoys Vinland Saga is welcome to participate. (However, participation is limited to those who understand and accept secondary creations and fan art, as stated earlier.)
■一般参加はpictSQUAREの非会員でも参加できます。General participation is available even for non-members of pictSQUARE.
■サークル参加 Circle Participation
イベント開催日・イベント開催中にヴ⚪︎ンサガの二次創作・ファンアート（過去に描いた絵などでも可能）を１点でも展示、あるいは頒布できる方なら誰でもサークル参加できます。（同人誌頒布・グッズ頒布・展示・ネットプリント・DLなど）
Anyone who can display or distribute at least one piece of secondary creation or fan art related to Vin○nd Saga (including previously created artwork) during the event can participate in the circle. (This includes distribution of doujinshi, goods, displays, net prints, downloads, etc.)
＊夢について、ヴィンサガのキャラクターとオリジナルのカップリングなどは、キャラクター中心の位置として考えてます。
（そのためヴィンサガのキャラ＋オリジナルなどで申込次に記載願います）
Regarding dreams, we consider original pairings involving VinSaga characters to be character-centric.

＊グッズ参加の方は、二次創作の範囲内でのグッズ制作をお願いします。（公式のロゴ、マークなどの利用、あるいは公式が作成したようなグッズに酷似してることがないようにお願いします）不明な点は主催に相談をしてください。
For those distributing goods, please create goods within the scope of secondary creations. (Please avoid using official logos, marks, or creating goods that closely resemble those created by the official organizers. If you have any questions, please consult the organizers.)
＊受注生産は禁止しています。（イベント日に配布手配が間に合わない場合のみ予約という形では可能）
Custom-made items are prohibited. (Reservations are only permitted if distribution on the event day is not feasible.)

会場内にヴィンサガに基づくオブジェや建物内装などが展示されています。それらの会場やオブジェでヴィンサガごっこがアバターで可能です。
是非、会場のそれらで名台詞などで遊んでいただけたらと思います。
Objects and interior decorations based on Vinsaga will be displayed within the venue. Vinsaga role-play using avatars is possible at these venues and objects.

背景にビョルンの使用する強戦士のキノコが散乱してます。キノコのある場所の地図の番号から、言葉を正しく並べてください。
（ゲーム用の地図は当日、本部で配布予定です）
Scattered across the background are the powerful warrior mushrooms used by Björn. Using the map numbers indicating the mushroom locations, arrange the words correctly.

２月３日をテーマにしたWEBアンソロ企画を考えてます。
I'm considering a web anthology project themed around 3rd February.
寄稿してくださる作家様を募集します。１２月ごろに募集内容などを発表予定です。参加者がいない場合は、この企画は中止します。
We are seeking writers to contribute. Details of the call for submissions are scheduled to be announced around December. Should no participants come forward, this project will be cancelled.

From 00:00 on 3rd February to 21:30 on 4th February, please upload illustrations and stories to social media with the themes ‘Thorfinn Birthday’, ‘Askeladd Memorial’, and ‘Thoughts on Vinland Saga’ (for all characters).

参加形態はイラストや小説、コスプレなどの写真などで構いません。アニメーションなどでも構いませんが、音楽などBGMをご利用される場合は、フリーの著作権に引っかからないものをご利用してください。
Participation formats include illustrations, short stories, cosplay photos, etc. Animations are also acceptable, but if using music or BGM, please use copyright-free materials.
