当日はサークル主が不在となる状態でもサークル参加可能です。
また海外からの参加も可能です。

■参加条件
※原作がR-18の為、未成年者にあたると判断される方の申し込みをお断りする場合がございます。

八エイの作品を1点以上展示、もしくは頒布して頂ければどなたでもご参加頂けます。
★新刊、既刊、再録不問
★同人誌・ネットプリント・グッズ等の種別不問
★過去作品のみの展示、イベント当日不在の参加でも大丈夫です

■当日までの準備物
①八エイの作品が1点でもあれば大丈夫です

②サークルカット（縦500×横500px推奨）

③お品書き（縦1000×横500px推奨）
今回も作成予定です（使用は任意です）

お品書きを作る時間が…😰💦という場合は
1．ピクスクの【参加申込詳細】
2．サークルの【サークル参加シートを作成する】 
からもお品書きが作成出来ます🌟
もちろん自作のお品書きでの投稿でも大丈夫です☺️‼️

■ Participation Requirements
*Please note that since the source material is rated R-18, we may decline applications from individuals deemed to be minors.

Anyone may participate as long as they display or distribute at least one work featuring the YakuEi pairing.
★ New releases, existing works, and reprints are all welcome.
★ Any format is acceptable (doujinshi, net prints, merchandise, etc.).
★ Displaying only past works or participating while absent on the day of the event is also fine.

■ Items to Prepare Before the Event
① At least one YakuEi work.

② Circle cut (Recommended size: 500px H x 500px W).

③ Menu/Item list (Recommended size: 1000px H x 500px W).
We plan to provide a template for this as well (use is optional).

If you don't have time to make a menu... 😰💦
You can also create one using:
1. The "Participation Application Details" section on PicSQUARE.
2. The "Create Circle Participation Sheet" option in your circle settings. 🌟
Of course, you are also welcome to upload a menu you created yourself! ☺️‼️

＊リバ、逆カプ、相手違い、八エイ以外のカプの描写を含む・八雲が受けになるような描写の作品は一切御遠慮ください。エイトとモブの描写がある場合は必ずお品書きなどにその表記をお願いいたします。

＊年齢制限を含む作品を展示する際はその旨の記載とワンクッションをお願いいたします。 

＊特殊設定（女体化、年齢操作、パロなど）が作品に含まれる場合、注意書きを必ずお願いいたします。

＊特殊設定や年齢制限の必要なイラストなどをサークルカットや店舗画像など、誰でも閲覧できる場に使用することはお控えください。

＊本イベントについてSNS上で発信いただく際、公式タグ（#NUcarnivalなど）を併用して投稿することはおやめください。

＊嫌がらせ、荒らし行為などはおやめ下さい。

※ Notes ※
- Please refrain from works that include depictions of reverse pairs, switched couples, wrong partners, pairings other than Yakuei, or any scenes where Yakumo is in a receiving role. If there are depictions of Eiden and mob characters, please make sure to indicate this in a table of contents or similar listing.

- When exhibiting works that include age-restricted content, please make sure to include a note and a buffer warning.

- If your work contains special settings (genderbending, age manipulation, parodies, etc.), please provide a warning note.

- Please refrain from using illustrations that require special settings or age restrictions in places that anyone can view, such as circle cut images or shop display images.

- When posting about this event on social media, please do not use the official hashtags (such as #NUcarnival) in your posts. 

- Please refrain from harassment, trolling, or any disruptive behavior.

＊自作アバターで参加の場合、八エイ以外のカプ表現を含むアバターや年齢制限描写を含むものは御遠慮ください。

＊サークル内での販売に使用する取引プラットフォームは各自で準備してください。主催側は取引過程やアフターサービスに関与しません。

- Commissioned sales of secondary creations (e.g., printing and selling only the quantities ordered at the venue at a later date)

- Distribution or display of age-restricted works via net prints or without any safety measures

- Plagiarism, harassment of works or individuals, trolling behavior
